New Canons installed at Newport Cathedral
Three new Canons were installed during the service of Evensong on 16th November. Pictured after the installation are (left to right):

A Royal Visitor opens Abergavenny's restored Tithe Barn
Hundreds of people turned out to welcome HRH The Prince of Wales to St Mary's Priory Church on October 23. The Prince was there to worship, giving thanks for the work of the Priory Development Trust, and then to tour and open the renovated and refurbished Tithe Barn, believed to be the oldest such barn in Wales.

The parishes of Llangwm, Gwernesney and Wolvesnewton have a new priest-in-charge. On Thursday 15th May, the Bishop of Monmouth, Rt Revd Dominic Walker OGS, licensed and installed Revd Kevin Hasler at a service in St Jerome’s Church, Llangwm. Read more...
