Y-WORSHIP
The first Y-Worship service was held at St Mary’s, Caldicot, on Feb 14th, the theme being (of course!) LOVE!
The Y-Worship team presented the liturgy of Evening Prayer in a modern, lively and refreshing way, using modern music styles, dance and drama. Over 100 people attended, and comments like ‘fantastic’, ‘excellent’, ‘well prepared’, ‘inspiring’, came from young and old alike.

Y-Worship has developed a mission statement that reads: “Using the popular performing arts to reconnect young people with God”.
Y-Worship is a deanery project, and meets every Sunday in Portskewett. We have about sixteen regulars and we are growing! The next service is June 13th at St Christopher’s in Bulwark, Chepstow.
