Revd Sr Anita Woodwell is Diocesan Advisor in Spirituality. She runs training courses for Prayer Guides and Spiritual Directors in the Ignatian tradition.
Prayer Guides are able to lead quiet days, weeks of guided prayer and individually guided weekend retreats.
Ignatian Spiritual Directors are qualified to give the full Ignatian Spiritual Exercises, longer individually guided residential retreats, and ongoing spiritual accompaniment.
